Introducing numbers at an early age will set your kids up with a great start in math. It’s a proven fact; kids learn best when they play! Hands-on learning is by far the best way for kids to learn their numbers because they can manipulate an object themselves.
But you can’t just count out loud to your toddler and expect them to recognize numbers. Playing with toys allows them to see, touch, and help them understand what each number means.
